Josef Zeevi
Program Director / Lead Instructor
Josef has been involved in EMS since 2005, first as an EMR, then an EMT then as an EMS instructor. Pre-hospital medicine is a passion for him and he serves on the boards of several First Responder Organizations in the Central Texas area and responds to 911 calls in Williamson County.

Ebony Rucker, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Rucker serves as the Medical Director for EOTP. She works actively in emergency medicine and brings her experience and guidance to the EOTP Staff, overseeing our direction and ensuring we deliver the highest quality training to prospective EMRs and EMTs.

Dr. John F. Haynes
Founding Medical Director
Dr. John F. Haynes, passed away Monday, December 17th, 2012. Founding Medical Director for EMS Online Training Plus, Dr. Haynes served as our Medical Director and Mentor since 2005. Dr. Haynes, a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and Retired LTC in the United States Army, and one of the very first EMT’s with El Paso Ambulance. He served as the Medical Director of the West Texas Regional Poison Center since it began operations in 1994. He also spent years doing medical mission work throughout the world and leaves a legacy of more than 20 years of clinical, teaching, and research experience in both Emergency Medicine and Medical Toxicology. He touched every life and left the world a better place for having been a part of it.
Lisa-Anne Raney
EOTP Founder
Lisa-Anne Raney Waldock passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2025. An EMT-LP and the founder of EMS Online Training Plus, breast cancer survivor, animal lover and proud of her heritage, Lisa-Anne had a heart bigger than most and would put others' needs before her own. She lived to help any friend in need, and everyone was a friend in her eyes. Even in death, Lisa-Anne positively impacted the world and chose to give the ultimate gift of organ donation. She leaves a legacy of friendship and love of biological and chosen family spread around the world.
